He leads the safety, quality, and production in all areas\n(sawmill, planer mill and yard) and executes any company plan of action with his team of supervisors. The Plant Operations Manager leads his organization in the manufacturing of quality lumber products in a safe environment maintaining productivity, minimizing costs, and developing a trained employee base.
