This is not a remote position.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProject Leadership and Coordination\nLead and coordinate projects from requirements through delivery\nWork with government stakeholders and development teams to set priorities and track progress\nKeep project work aligned with broader system initiatives and objectives\nIdentify risks early and keep stakeholders informed\nRequirements and Specification Management\nGather, research, and document functional requirements\nManage specifications through the approval and development process\nEnsure requirements meet regulations and industry best practices\nProcess Improvement and Problem Solving\nTake part in continuous process improvement efforts\nApply root-cause analysis to find and fix process issues\nImprove workflows and system processes for better efficiency and control\nCommunication and Collaboration\nProvide clear technical and functional communication\nDeliver strong customer service and stakeholder support\nSupport training and knowledge transfer as needed\nDocumentation and Continuous Learning\nDocument requirements, decisions, and outcomes clearly\nStay current on system functions and process best practices\nSupport the adoption of best practices that improve efficiency and compliance\nRequired Skills and Education:\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nMust have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications\nAbility to research and quickly build expertise in system functions and processes\nExperience supporting or managing projects and working across teams\nFamiliarity with project management methods and tracking tools\nStrong root-cause problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills\nExcellent customer service and clear communication skills (technical and functional)\nS.
