If you can work with your hands, follow layout and grade, and help produce clean, professional finished work, you'll fit well here.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and assist with patios, pavers, retaining walls, steps, edging, and related masonry/hardscape featuresSupport site prep, base prep, grading, drainage, cutting, setting, leveling, and finishing workWork with hand tools and equipment while keeping the site clean, organized, and professional for homeownersHelp maintain quality standards, job flow, and efficient production in the fieldQualifications1 or more years of masonry, concrete, hardscape, landscaping, or related construction experience preferredComfortable with physically demanding outdoor work, including lifting, heat, and long daysReliable attendance and strong teamworkAbility to follow directions, work safely, and take pride in craftsmanshipValid driver's license preferredPay & BenefitsFull-time, W-2 EmploymentPay: $18 to $28/hr (based on experience, reliability, and skill level)Overtime: Paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate per applicable wage lawsBenefits: Paid time off (PTO); additional benefits may be available based on tenure or position.
