identify improvement opportunities.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage assigned Enterprise program workstreams.\nMaintain and administer the approved plan of record, including milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, decision points, risks, communications, and completion criteria.\nCoordinate investment delivery activities across funding, program, operational, sales, partner, legal, compliance, and finance stakeholders.\nConfirm execution teams understand the defined requirements, roles, handoffs, controls, and operating assumptions before delivery activities begin.\nEstablish working-team cadences, execution reviews, risk and issue management, decision logs, action tracking, and stakeholder communications.\nDrive accountability for commitments, deliverables, dependencies, approvals, issue resolution, and follow-through across execution partners.\nMonitor investment execution against approved scope, requirements, timing, funding parameters, controls, and success measures; surface material variances for decision or escalation.\nProvide PMO with timely workstream status, timing, risks, dependencies, decisions, and outcome information for overall Enterprise program tracking and leadership reporting.\nPartner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure execution follows approved funding requirements, controls, documentation, and operational processes.\nIdentify execution bottlenecks, process gaps, and AI/automation opportunities.\nSupport business reviews and investment reviews with concise, data-informed updates, risks, decisions, recommendations, and outcome insights.\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired/minimum qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or related field AND 8+ years experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field\nOR equivalent experience.\nExperience leading complex, cross-functional execution involving multiple stakeholders, interdependent workstreams, governance requirements, and delivery commitments.\nExperience developing execution plans and using status reporting, dashboards, scorecards, or operational reviews to manage delivery health and business outcomes.\nAdditional or preferred qualifications\nMaster's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Design, or related field, or related field.\nOR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or related field AND 10+ years experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field.\nExperience executing investments, incentive programs, offers, funding mechanisms, partner programs, or commercial sales initiatives.\nStrong understanding of program execution, operational readiness, investment activation, controls, handoffs, and run-and-sustain transition practices.\nExperience managing daily delivery within a defined program strategy, operating model, governance framework, and plan of record.\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent investment workstreams with competing priorities, complex dependencies, and global stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience using data to identify risks, monitor progress, and inform decisions.\nExperience operating in a complex, highly matrixed environment and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.\nAbility to communicate execution status, tradeoffs, risks, decisions, and asks clearly to working teams and senior leaders.\nDemonstrated ability to operate repeatable execution mechanisms, recommend process improvements, and drive operational excellence at scale.\n\nSales Operations IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year.
