This individual will also manage and resolve system hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user training where required. This position works with the Infrastructure and Operations Manager on the implementation of new technologies.\nWorking Conditions:\nWork will generally be performed using computer equipment in an indoor office environment. On-call and some after-hours work required. Sitting for extended periods.
