They support the planning of efficient layouts, workflows, and utilization of warehouse space. Monitors the safety and security of goods and materials. The Warehouse Associate utilizes a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other databases to track, analyze, and report processes and performance.\n\nYour day will look like this:\nManages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.\nManage all electronic receipts of equipment/product when it arrives.\nCollaborates and communicates with, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.\nTracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.\nMaintains a clean and neat work environment.\nPromptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.\nEnter all receiving purchase order information and virtual shipments.\nMaintain accurate inventory and documentation for all assigned inventory.\nResponsible for pulling inventory for order prep, pre-fabrication, and staging on project pallets.\nResponsible for picking and packing of all products, materials, and supplies.\nCoordinate and manage the maintenance of equipment.\nEngages with vendors and Solotech associates with a positive attitude.\nProvides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.\nYour profile:\n\nMinimum High school diploma or equivalent required\nMinimum of one (1) year of Warehouse or inventory experience.\nExperience with UPS, FedEx shipping, tracking and receiving. International shipping experience is preferred.\nClear and professional communication skills.\nProficient in Office365.\nAbility to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities.\nStrong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently as well as within a team environment.\nEffective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThis is not an all-inclusive list but is intended to give an overview of the requirements for this position.
