Job Title: Logistics Data Entry ClerkJob DescriptionThe Logistics Data Entry Clerk accurately enters and maintains logistics data by working with Bills of Materials (BOM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) files. This role requires strong computer skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within client systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, CIS, and Shop Floor Control in a fast-paced manufacturing and data center environment.ResponsibilitiesEnter, review, and maintain logistics data with a high level of accuracy in client systems.Pull and analyze Bills of Materials (BOM) and ERP files using a laptop and designated software tools.Work within ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle ERP to update, verify, and reconcile logistics-related records.Use computer information systems (CIS) and Shop Floor Control tools to support logistics and production activities.Ensure data integrity by cross-checking entries and correcting errors promptly.Follow established procedures and guidelines when handling client data and documentation.Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve data discrepancies and support logistics operations.Provide courteous and professional customer service when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.Maintain organized digital records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.Adhere to all company policies, security protocols, and quality standards while working in client systems.Why Work Here?You will join a new, modern manufacturing facility in the growing data center industry, offering a long-term opportunity with room to develop your skills in logistics and ERP systems. The standard shift times are 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM for Day Shift and 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM for Swing Shift, with potential staggered start times as needed. Initial onboarding and training will take place on day shift only, with training hours to be confirmed. The first 60 days of production will support both day and swing shifts. You will primarily work on a laptop using systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, CIS, and Shop Floor Control in an office and production-support environment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
