Class A CDL Regional/OTR Team Drivers – Home Weekly

Centex Solutions is seeking experienced Class A CDL Team Drivers for a regional and OTR operation offering consistent miles, predictable home time, and competitive compensation. This position is ideal for established teams looking for stability, strong weekly earnings, and modern equipment. Position Overview Team drivers will operate regional and OTR routes hauling dry van and flatbed freight. Drivers are typically out five days and home for two, with the option to stay out longer if preferred. This account runs primarily touch freight and provides steady weekly miles. Pay and Compensation Average weekly pay ranges from $1,600 to $1,900 per driver Mileage pay is $0.66 CPM split between team drivers, with potential flexibility based on experience Stop pay is provided and varies by delivery size $2,000 sign-on bonus per driver, paid out over 12 months Home Time and Schedule Out five days, home two days most weeks Option to stay out longer for drivers who prefer extended runs Average 4,000–4,500 miles per week per team Freight and Operation Dry van and/or flatbed freight Mostly touch freight Regional and OTR lanes Equipment Late-model International and Volvo tractors Equipment is no more than three years old Governed at 73 mph on pedal and cruise Primarily automatic transmissions, with some manuals available No automatic transmission restrictions allowed Trucks are assigned and may be taken home for time off within reasonable distance limits Inverters and APUs equipped No riders or pets permitted Benefits Medical, vision, and life insurance Paid orientation and training Paid vacation 401(k) retirement plan Driver Qualifications Minimum of one year of verifiable CDL-A experience within the past three years Or two years of verifiable CDL-A experience within the past five years Valid Class A CDL Ability to work as a team driver Paid orientation and training are provided.
