Operate, demonstrate, and train on current or prototype intelligence systems under test or in use in field or garrison locations. Contribute to technical studies, analyses, and evaluations of technical mission needs and make recommendations to support decision-makers. Must have an in-depth understanding of the US SIGINT System, SIGINT export issues, and SIGINT Systems ground and processing facilities. Must be capable of maintaining extensive interaction/working relationships among various representatives of the Intelligence Community (e.g. military services, Second and Third Party customers and vendors).\nCapabilities:\nSupport Mission Management activities.\nSupport the implementation of collection-tasking strategies.\nProvide operational assistance to users during upgrades/installation of new collection systems.\nParticipate in discussions with Target Office of Primary Interests (TOPIs) and customers to promote dissemination of accurate collection assessments.\nRespond to collection requirements received from the Collection Strategies and Requirements Center.\nSupport the review of collection priorities submitted by the Analysis and Production organization.\nOperate, demonstrate, and provide informal training on current or prototype intelligence systems, either deployed or in test.\nProvide technical assistance necessary to meet collection-tasking strategies.\nConduct discussions between various TOPIs and other customers ensuring accurate collection assessments are received and shared.\nParticipate in the review and validation of collection priorities submitted by Analysis and Production.\nSupport technical development of junior personnel in the area of SIGINT analytical tradecraft.\nProvide technical direction and technical support for the development of training.\nCollect, compile, and prepare drafts of information related to characteristics of signals based on Government identification of signals.\nConduct and document all-source research to identify the communications used by targets of interest.\nProvide collection summary reports, statistics, and metrics via formal and informal communications.\nMaintain knowledge of site capabilities to include end-to-end data flow to help recognize and define collection problems.\nPerform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirement allocation and interface definition studies to translate requirements into system specifications and cost estimates.\nProvide expertise in the acquisition cycle to support integration of SIGINT systems for USCS customers.\nProvide expertise and perform technical analysis of prototyping activities.\nProvide technical analysis of activities as they relate to the fielding of new systems: program management, technical planning, system design, integration, verification and validation, cost, risk, supportability and effectiveness.\nAdvise the Government on cost, schedule, technical, and contractual issues.\nProvide technical assistance for acquisition processes and during the budget development process.\nMust have an in-depth understanding of the US SIGINT System, SIGINT export issues, and SIGNIT Systems ground and processing facilities.\nMust be capable of maintaining extensive interaction/working relationships among various representatives of the Intelligence Community.\nInterImage Benefit Snapshot:\n401K: up to 3% discretionary profit sharing contribution + 100% match on the 1st 7% of pay\nPTO: 20 days per year\nHealthcare, dental, vision, Free for a single participant\n$50,000 Life insurance provided, additional voluntary life insurance available\n#CJ\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: $114,000.00 -
