Territory Sales Manager - LA/MS/AR

Role Description:We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager to grow and manage our presence across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who thrives on the road, builds strong retail and partner relationships, and knows how to turn a territory into a revenue engine.This role requires roughly 80% travel and consistent time spent in-market - meeting accounts, opening new doors, and driving sell-through at every stop.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's footprint within the territory Conduct product training and demonstrations to educate partners on Rugged Road's product line Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to management Represent the brand at trade shows, outdoor expos, and other industry events Qualifications: Hunter mentality Must reside in Louisiana, Mississippi, or Arkansas Experience in sales or account management, preferably in the outdoor, sporting goods, or consumer goods industry Strong knowledge of the outdoor industry and a passion for outdoor activities Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, field-based role Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively (80%+) on a consistent basis
