Family Law Attorney | Litigation-Focused | Full-TimeOur growing family law team is looking for a confident, litigation-minded attorney who genuinely enjoys advocacy and fighting for clients during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.This is not a role for someone looking to hide behind email. We’re looking for attorneys who can lead cases, think strategically, negotiate effectively, and step into court ready to advocate.What You’ll Do:• Handle family law matters including divorce, custody, support, adoption, prenups, mediations, motions, and hearings• Develop litigation and trial strategy• Lead client communication and case direction• Work closely with support staff while delegating effectively• Negotiate settlements and litigate when necessary• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, judgments, and orders• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-level serviceWhat We’re Looking For:• JD + active bar license in good standing• 2+ years of family law experience required• Strong courtroom presence and negotiation skills• Someone who performs well under pressure and doesn’t get rattled easily• Competitive, motivated, and committed to continuous growth• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and sense of humorThis is a great opportunity for an attorney who enjoys high-level advocacy, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to be part of a collaborative team that takes pride in doing meaningful work.
