We are the only SaaS solution in the industry, and we don't care what the hardware is: one platform runs an entire kiosk fleet across every manufacturer, something no incumbent offers. We launched in January 2026, we are profitable, and our software is live with major US airlines and airports today. We work very hard to be AI-native. We are also honest about where we are: AI already runs through our development loop, our app-generation pipeline, and the company knowledge base, but there is a long way to go, and getting the rest of the way is more than the current team can do alone. That is a big part of why this role exists. You will help take us to 100% AI-native.The roleYou will work closely with, and report directly to, the co-founders, in person in Menlo Park or San Francisco roughly daily, coordinating every day with the rest of the team in Denver. This is a startup role in the full sense: broad ownership, fast shipping, and doing whatever the product needs next. What you will work on:Kiosk hardware libraries. Passport readers, barcode scanners, boarding pass and bag tag printers, and the other devices inside an airline kiosk. This means understanding how devices actually communicate, and sometimes reverse engineering USB or serial protocols when the documentation is thin or wrong. You do not need deep prior experience here, but you must be genuinely excited to dig in, not intimidated by it.The full AI development loop. Build out the agents, tooling, and workflows that make the whole engineering team faster. The company brain. Help build and extend the AI-accessible knowledge base that the company runs on.Core platform development. Primarily Deno and TypeScript, with possible Rust.Technical specifications. You will read and implement dense spec documents regularly. If it interests you, you can also help define the CUSS2 specification itself through our seat at IATA.The environmentPrimary stack is Deno and TypeScript.
