The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, identifying, and mitigating project risks and issues, communicating project status updates to stakeholders, and assisting with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards. The successful candidate will need to have strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.\r\nPrimary Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the department's senior leadership team.\r\nCoordinate and manage projects, from initiation to closure.\r\nIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues.\r\nWork with project teams to develop project schedules and manage project budgets.\r\nCommunicate project status updates and deliverables to stakeholders.\r\nCoordinate travel for SVP and/or executive team.\r\nCoordinate meeting and invite correspondence for SVP and executive team.\r\nMaintain Office Seating Chart.\r\nHost Meetings occasionally.\r\nMaintain Contractor Resource Roster.\r\nMaintain Contractor User Accounts in Ashley Systems, including global contractors.\r\nPrepare monthly Labor vendor billing files.\r\nEnsure Vendor invoices are accurate, and timesheets are approved.\r\nSending out DAILY and Weekly communications to store managers and confirming information for tech installations.\r\nKeeping track of the Migration Schedule and making any necessary changes with the Store and/or office.\r\nAssist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards.\r\nAssist with the preparation and management of budgets and financial reports.\r\nSupport Invoice Approvals by reassigning, rejecting, coding, and/or pre-approving.\r\nAvailability to cover front desk reception, if needed.\r\nDemonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.\r\nJob Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting SVP and higher titles.\r\nBachelor's Degree and Equivalent work experience required.\r\nBudgeting and financial management.\r\nWillingness to travel domestically, on occasion.\r\nFlexible & willing to work extended hours, when needed.\r\nStrong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\r\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\r\nOrganizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\r\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\r\nAbility to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.\r\nAbility to maintain project documentation and track project progress.\r\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.\r\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.\r\nExcellent interpersonal skills & strong attention to detail.\r\nEffective time management and organizational skills.\r\nWork independently as well as in a team environment.\r\nProject Management methodologies and tools preferred, not required (Agile, Waterfall, ext.)\r\nProfit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.\r\nBenefits: When you join our family, you are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits programs which includes Health, Dental, Vision, Life/Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k), Paid Holidays, 80 hours paid vacation.
