The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.\nKey Responsibilities:\nReceive, document, investigate, and respond to customer complaints and inquiries.\nConduct customer follow-up via phone, email, written correspondence, and/or in person.\nFollow up with clients, providers, passengers, subcontractors, and staff regarding service concerns.\nResearch trips, GPS data, routing software, camera footage, manifests, and operational records.\nCoordinate with dispatch, operations, safety, and subcontractors to resolve issues.\nTrack complaint trends and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.\nMaintain organized and confidential records.\nSupport quality assurance, compliance, and service improvement initiatives.\nAssist with retraining recommendations and corrective action follow-up.\nSupport special projects and additional operational initiatives as assigned.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nAssociate’s degree preferred.\nOne or more years of customer service, transportation, ADA paratransit, GoLink, or call center experience preferred.\nExperience working with elderly people and individuals with disabilities preferred.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to multitask and prioritize work.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality.\nAbility to work with diverse groups of people.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting systems.\nKnowledge of paratransit routing software is preferred.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe essential functions of this position require the ability to:\nSit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces\nPush and pull objects up to 25 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level\nWithstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
