Sets safety expectations among and between his/her peers and subordinates. Resolves safety issues/co between his/her peers and subordinates. Resolves safety issues/concerns in an appropriate and timely manner. Communicates safety lessons learned and promotes continuous learning of safe work methods, practices, and procedures.\nManages contract field construction and maintenance activities at transmission and distribution facilities in accordance with approved project documents, established engineering practices, Federal, State and local laws, and construction industry standards to achieve world-class field construction performance.\nCoordinating internal and external resources to support project construction.\nEnsures Project Manager and project team are notified of any deviations in construction safety compliance, environmental compliance, schedule, design, materials, budget, and commissioning.\nProviding daily reports to management on project progress, cost and schedule metrics, procurement issues, safety or environmental concerns, design questions, potential project impacts\nReviews project design and construction documents to ensure constructability and schedule adherence.\nEnsure project schedule and specifications are being adhered to by field personnel and raise concerns as necessary.\nEnsure contractor compliance with Eversource standards and procedures.\nEnsuring adherence to Contractor Safety Standards\nReviews project material requirements to identify items that have not been ordered to support the construction project.
