with operations, maintenance, engineering, and IT teams to deliver innovative automation solutions.Evaluate short- and long-term hardware, software, equipment, and instrumentation needs while recommending cost-effective solutions.Prepare technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.✅ Required Skills5+ years of experience in Process Control Engineering or Industrial Automation.Strong experience with SCADA systems and HMI (Human Machine Interface) applications.Knowledge of industrial process control hardware, software, and instrumentation.Experience supporting manufacturing or heavy industrial production environments.Understanding of industrial networking and LAN communications.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.⭐ Preferred QualificationsExperience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms).Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, OPC, etc.).Experience with process optimization and control
