In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, monitoring, and controlling of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project controls systems, including cost estimating, financial reporting, scheduling, and risk management.\r\nKey Responsibilities Project Planning and Scheduling Be in charge of development and maintenance of detailed project schedules.\r\nEnsure schedules are integrated with other project plans and adjust as needed to reflect changes in scope or timelines.\r\nMonitor and track project milestones and deadlines to ensure project stays on schedule.\r\nCost Management Track project budgets, costs, and expenditures, and identify any deviations from the approved budget.\r\nWork with project managers to forecast cost trends and potential overages.\r\nPrepare and update regular cost reports, including earned value analysis, cost variance, and financial forecasts.\r\nAssist in identifying potential risks to project timelines, costs, and scope.\r\nSupport the development of risk mitigation plans and track risks throughout the project lifecycle.\r\nData Analysis & Reporting Gather, analyze, and interpret project data to identify trends and performance metrics.\r\nPrepare comprehensive project performance reports for management, including progress, budget adherence, and risk status.\r\nProvide recommendations to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.\r\nChange Control and Documentation Track and manage changes to the scope, schedule, and budget of the project.\r\nEnsure all changes are documented and approved according to project governance processes.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, construction, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.\r\nCommunicate regularly with project managers, senior management, and stakeholders regarding project performance, issues, and updates.\r\nSupport in the preparation of presentations for project reviews and meetings.\r\nRequirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\r\n4+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or a similar role in the construction industry.\r\nExperience using project management software Primavera P6 for scheduling, planning, and managing large, complex projects is a must.\r\nStrong proficiency in cost management tools such as Excel, SAP, or similar is required.\r\nIf you are a results-driven, analytical thinker with a passion for ensuring successful project delivery, then we want to hear from you.
