Identifies and proactively tackles these major challenges.\nLeads adoption of new tools, methodologies, and systems.\nGives guidance, unblocks others, and may function as team lead\nMay function as a team or segment lead\nMentors more junior developers\nFollow standard software development life cycle processes\nDevelop, test and maintain enterprise applications\nDesign and implement complex enterprise applications\nContinuously innovate and modernize applicable software development technologies and trends\nPerform code reviews\nCreate and maintain appropriate documentation\nCommunicate effectively with operational teams with complex software concepts\nTranslate technical requirements, develop application interface\nManage time in a deadline-driven, team environment\nMay supervise staff\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\nSkills Required\nMust be a U.S. Citizen\nMinimum 8 years experience\nPossess a solid understanding of object-oriented software\nAbility to learn desktop software development or web development technologies, tools and methodologies\nPossess a solid understanding of applicable development platforms such as Microsoft Stack or AWS\nKnowledge of building applications and user interfaces (e.g. Javascript, HTML/CSS, XML, C#, VBA and VB.NET) and/or databases (e.g. SQL) is desirable\nProficient in all MS Office applications\nDemonstrated ability to creatively solve technical challenges\nPossess excellent communication and collaboration skills\nSalary Range: $98,000 -$125,000/Year, DOE\n\nEducation\nA bachelor’s degree in computer science (or other relevant concentration) required.
