{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"59cbcbc2a5e349e9d7baabca","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/59cbcbc2a5e349e9d7baabca","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/59cbcbc2a5e349e9d7baabca","title":"Program Supervisor","description":"If you are unable to complete this application due to a disability, contact this employer to ask for an accommodation or an alternative application process.\n\nRegular Exempt FT EXPT Full-Time San Francisco, CA, US\n\nSalary Range: $70,720.00 To $76,960.00 Hourly\n\nDepartment: Social Services\n\nFLSA Status: Exempt\n\nReports To: Director of Social Services\n\nSummary\nResponsible for the overall management of the Department of Disability and Aging Services Naturalization Program, San Francisco Pathways to Citizenship Initiative, California Department of Education program, and SF Connected Program, including staff supervision, program monitoring, and service provision.\n\nEssential Functions\n\nImplements and updates administrative and operating procedures and guidelines for program implementation; revises program material as needed.\n\nCollaborates with the Citizenship Education Coordinator to coordinate testing in all classes and reviews student data.\n\nImplements program evaluation activities and procedures for consumer feedback on services; compiles and analyzes results.\n\nConducts outreach and develops relevant materials as needed.\n\nPrepares reports for submission to the Department of Disability and Aging Services, San Francisco Pathways to Citizenship Initiative, California Department of Education, and SF Connected programs.\n\nRecruits, trains, supervises, and evaluates program staff.\n\nRepresents the program as required and attends regular meetings held by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), San Francisco Pathways to Citizenship, SF Tech Council, SF Connected, and other relevant entities.\n\nResponsible for being the main contact to facilitate, coordinate, and promote SF Pathways naturalization workshops and SF Connected classes.\n\nProvides direct services to consumers, including answering calls, conducting intake, making referrals, filing applications for naturalization (N-400) and related forms, making inquiries to USCIS, and accompanying clients to citizenship interviews.\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's or Associate’s degree in human services or related field; at least one year of experience in providing naturalization, education, social, or aging services in a community-based setting.\n\nProgram management and/or supervisory experience strongly preferred.\n\nBoard of Immigration Appeals accreditation strongly preferred.\n\nSensitive to the needs of the elderly and disabled adults from diverse ethnic and minority cultures.\n\nGood organizational and problem‑solving skills.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nBilingual in English and Cantonese preferred.\n\nProficient in MS Office and the Internet.\n\nMust be able to travel via public transportation or personal vehicle for performance of job duties.
