In this role you will develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Simple Syllabus code base in order to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. You will also regularly write custom SQL queries to audit data and address errors in an efficient manner. In this role you will also support existing customer integrations—writing API’s calls, manipulating import and export data, and setting up SSO connections.\nWhen an issue requires you will act as a technical liaison between the Client Services team and the Engineering team to provide updates on the status of high priority issues.
