If who we are and what we do resonates with you, we invite you to join our high-performance team!\nImpact of the Role Provides leadership and direction through managers\nMust have at least one manager level direct report\nIs accountable for the performance and results of a division or region\nExecutes business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategy\nDecisions are guided by functional or major operational segment strategy and priorities\nConsistent exercise of discretion & judgment\nEssential Functions Has P&L responsibility\nDirects and oversees corporate programs that meet the needs of the organization or its employees or customers.\nDevelops and implements program processes and policies, directs program management staff, and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs.\nDirects the work of programs staff to ensure that work in completed on time or in accordance with established standards or specifications.\nEnsures that activities are in compliance with organizational policies and any relevant external regulations.\nReviews all aspects of corporate programs, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance.\nPresents programs status updates to senior management or other stakeholders.\nLeads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions with concurrence from HR & General Managers.\nRequired Qualifications Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 10-12 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience\nCritical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nPreferred Qualifications Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree\nDiscipline/Major: Business degree preferred\nKnowledge, skills & abilities: Ability to develop and mentor others. Management skills. Leadership skills. Oral and written communication skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines.
