This position is responsible for coordinating daily program operations, including scheduling services, maintaining accurate records, and monitoring program activities to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies. The Program Coordinator will communicate regularly with clients, families, and internal teams to address service needs, resolve issues, and support a positive experience. This role also assists with implementing new program initiatives, preparing reports, and supporting projects that improve service delivery and program effectiveness.
