In this role, you’ll work closely with Project Engineers and Managers to support the drafting, design, estimation, installation, and commissioning of process systems tailored to customer needs. You will also assist with developing AutoCAD and 3D drawings to support system layout and equipment design. This position offers professional growth and exposure to the full project lifecycle within a collaborative, engineering-focused environment.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nPartner with Project Engineers in establishing relationships with customers to better understand their engineering needs and lead the project to completion.\n\nAssist with developing and managing the project schedule.\n\nCollaborate with the Project Manager to develop the project scope & deliverables.\n\nEstimate project costs and develop the proposal for the customer.\n\nDesign processes for the customer’s needs, ideally increasing production rate, volumes, efficiency, etc. per project plan.\n\nWork with vendors & suppliers to specify components required.\n\nCollaborate with the mechanical design team for fabricating new equipment.\n\nAssist with managing the installation of new processes from scheduling resources to ensuring the installation is proceeding as planned.\n\nAssist with startup and commissioning of new processes and equipment.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nRequirements\n\nAssociate degree in drafting or equivalent years of related experience.\n\n1+ years’ experience with AutoCAD or 3D.\n\nStrong communication skills.\n\nProficient with Microsoft Office products.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong demonstrated mechanical aptitude.\n\nStrong critical thinking and attention to detail.\n\nRight to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer.\n\nTravel up to 30%.\n\nPreferred\n\nBachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical or chemical engineering or equivalent experience.\n\nExperience in metal fabrication/plumbing/pipefitting.\n\nKnowledge of heat and mass transfer relative to basic liquid processing.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nSalary range $70,000 - $110,000\n\nThe salary range provided reflects the anticipated base compensation for this position.
