As Program Manager, you'll keep planning, design, and construction efforts on track and on schedule as a major training mission stands up its permanent home, giving you direct, visible ownership of a program leadership is watching closely.\n\nAbout the Program\n\nJoint Base Langley-Eustis became the permanent home of the F-22 Raptor's Formal Training Unit after the Air Force relocated the mission from Tyndall Air Force Base following Hurricane Michael's 2018 damage there. Standing up the training unit at its new home has required new, purpose-built facilities, including a consolidated operations and maintenance hangar, a low-observable component repair facility, and a training support squadron facility, all coordinated by the 633d Civil Engineer Squadron in partnership with the 1st Fighter Wing. This role sits inside that effort, keeping the planning and construction program for the training unit's beddown organized and on schedule.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nCoordinate with 633d Civil Engineer Squadron project managers to integrate engineering planning, programming, and execution across all beddown projects\nAlign project requirements between end users, the 633d Contracting Squadron, and Project Integration Office leadership to keep construction and renovation work moving\nTrack the planning, programming, and implementation status of every project in the beddown program\nDevelop draft planning documents and cost estimates using government-provided data and methodologies\nBuild and maintain project schedules (e.g., Gantt charts) for government review and approval\nProvide weekly input to the program's Weekly Activity Report\nStay current on and follow the Air Force's 32-series Civil Engineer instructions governing this work\n\nWhat You'll Need (Required)\n\nDegree in Engineering, Architecture, or Community Planning\nActive Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance\nStrong working knowledge of project scheduling and cost-estimating practices\n\nNice to Have (Preferred)\n\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\nSalary Range: $105,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience\n\nGenex Systems offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:\n\n• 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching\n\n• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance\n\n• Life insurance\n\n• Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid federal holidays\n\nLocation & Work Arrangement\n\nOn-site at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia.
