Store Supervisor

Position Summary
The Store Supervisor is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the store side of a Branch and reports directly to the District Manager. They may oversee customer service, store operations, and employee supervision in a friendly, fast-paced team environment.
Primary Duties
Supervise, coach, mentor, train, and support all employees
Generate and maintain accurate required documentation
Address and resolve all customer requests and/or complaints utilizing a positive, creative approach
Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and customers
Champion of MFCP programs and carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures and applicable laws

Basic Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent with supervisor experience preferred
Solid computer skills including use of MS Office with a willingness to learn new software programs
Must be able to understand and calculate gross profit/gross margin, add, subtract, multiply, and divide. The ability to calculate averages and other functions preferred
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Job requires frequent lifting up to 70 pounds, stooping, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, constantly walking/standing on cement flooring and climbing ladders as needed
Work environment may vary: warehouse containing moving equipment, fluctuating temperature and inventory in various storage arrangements, office work, manufacturing, machine shops, and any other specific business operations of current or potential customers

$25-$30/hour with potential for quarterly bonus, DOE
