Works with the senior leadership team in conjunction with local Flight Test Squadron Leadership to develop a priority strategy to ensure that all test requirements are supported during project execution. Work across the T&E leadership team to ensure that T&E processes incorporate the needs and requirement of the F-35, F-16, and F-22 programs, while reflecting the local site processes including Air Force Instructions. He/she will ensure all personnel are properly trained and adhere to site processes and oversee root cause and corrective action analysis. Work with the leadership team to ensure that all competencies are represented in the contracts and support the negotiations for site execution contracts.\n\nMust be a US Citizen.
