Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Install Crew Leader based in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Install Crew Leader will oversee landscape installation projects, ensure team productivity and safety, and maintain project timelines. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting landscape plans, managing materials and equipment, and ensuring high-quality execution. The role also involves communicating with team members and reporting project updates to supervisors. Qualifications Experience in landscaping, landscape installation, or a related fieldLeadership skills, including the ability to manage and motivate a team effectivelyKnowledge of equipment and tools used in landscaping projects, along with a commitment to maintaining safety standardsAbility to interpret landscape plans, schematics, and project documentationStrong organizational and time management skills to maintain project schedulesGood communication skills for liaising with team members and supervisorsPhysical ability to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditionsExperience operating landscaping equipment is a plusValid driver’s license is required
