The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory organization, loading and unloading, and general warehouse duties.\n\nThis is a hands-on warehouse associate position for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be able to follow directions, work independently and with a team, and maintain accuracy while completing daily warehouse assignments.\n\nWarehouse Associate Responsibilities\n\nProcess incoming stock, materials, and products as part of daily warehouse receiving operations.\nPick products and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.\nPack orders and prepare products for shipment according to customer and delivery requirements.\nOrganize, store, and retrieve inventory throughout the warehouse.\nLoad and unload packages, products, carts, pallets, and materials using proper safety procedures.\nAssist the receiving and order fulfillment teams with inbound and outbound warehouse activities.\nVerify product labels, shipping documents, manifests, and delivery information to maintain order accuracy.\nInspect inventory and stock items for damage, wear, or defects before releasing products for distribution.\nSort and stage outbound merchandise according to designated delivery routes.\nAssist the delivery team with loading merchandise into company vehicles when needed.\nAssist service teams with assembling furniture, preparing equipment, and moving materials throughout the facility.\nAssist customers, vendors, delivery personnel, and coworkers with moving, loading, and unloading merchandise as directed.\nOperate warehouse tools and material handling equipment safely and according to company procedures.\nMaintain an organized warehouse by properly storing inventory and keeping work areas clean.\nAssist with general facility upkeep, including removing trash and compacting recyclable materials.\nFollow all warehouse safety policies, procedures, and established safety guidelines.\nMaintain accurate work while meeting daily warehouse productivity and fulfillment expectations.\nPerform other warehouse duties and assignments as directed by management.\n\nQualifications\n\nPrevious warehouse experience is preferred but not required.\nAt least 1 year of previous warehouse experience is preferred.\nPrevious forklift experience is preferred but not required.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.\nBasic math and computer skills.\nAbility to read labels, shipping documents, manifests, and work instructions.\nAbility to understand and follow written and verbal directions.\nAbility to safely operate basic warehouse tools and equipment.\nAbility to prioritize multiple warehouse tasks and meet daily deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a warehouse team.\nReliable, dependable, and responsive with strong attendance and punctuality.\nPositive attitude and willingness to learn new warehouse processes and equipment.\nProfessional communication skills when working with customers, vendors, and coworkers.\nAbility to problem-solve and adjust to changing warehouse priorities.\n\nForklift & Material Handling\n\nPrevious forklift experience is a plus.
