We are seeking experienced Project Managers who are willing to relocate to major construction sites and lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of large-scale construction projects in partnership with general contractors.Potential assignments include, but are not limited to: Boise, ID; Cedar Rapids, IA; Terre Haute, IN; Byhalia, MS; Billings, MT; and various locations in Wyoming. Company-paid relocation, housing, transportation, and per diem are provided for the duration of each assignment. Project durations typically range from 6 to 12 months.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide overall oversight and management of construction projects, including scheduling, manpower, tools, materials, and subcontractors\nManage project budgets and oversee financial reporting\nCoordinate project billings, including change orders and related documentation\nEstablish and maintain jobsite project and accounting files\nDevelop and maintain strong client and customer relationships\nCoordinate material procurement and delivery schedules\nLead, supervise, and support project team members\n\nQualifications:\n\n3–5 years of project management experience in commercial metal framing and drywall construction\nProficiency with Buzz Bid\nAbility to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, schedules, and specifications\nStrong understanding of construction budgeting, scheduling, and estimating\nProven leadership and team management skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication abilities\nHighly organized with strong multi-tasking capabilities\n\nE&K is proud to be an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, E-Verify, and Drug Free Employer.
