delivering scalable technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with HR and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document Workday HCM requirements.Configure, enhance, and optimize Workday Core HCM functionality.Translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions.Design and improve Workday business processes, workflows, and automation.Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production releases.Collaborate with Product Owners, HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Support Agile ceremonies, product backlog refinement, and release planning.Recommend process improvements and drive continuous optimization of HR technology solutions.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.5+ years of hands-on Workday experience.Strong experience with Workday Core HCM configuration and support.Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, prototyping, testing, and implementing Workday enhancements.Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience configuring Workday in a global environment.Knowledge of Workday Business Process Framework.Experience with Offer Letter Configuration, Job Requisitions, and Dynamic Job Application Configuration.Familiarity with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of HR functions including Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, Staffing, and Benefits.Experience designing complex workflows
