Services shall include:\nSystems analysis and Application design\nMiddleware webservices development in JAVA, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Integration and Spring Webservices based development and testing\nExecute DMV problem resolution for transactions and conduct follow-up\nSupport custom integration solutions using Spring Boot based REST Style & SOAP based webservice technologies\nSetup Web Infrastructure and maintain the upgrades.\nLevel 3 Help desk trouble-shooting\nTasks will include:\nMaintain the existing Webservices within the DESTINY application to keep the system stable and operational;\nTo analyze and enhance the scope of the current software modules to keep the DESTINY application in compliance with new legislative and administrative requirements and shaping the future of online collaboration;\nProvide day to day trouble shooting and user training as needed\nEffective advocate for the user and be able to successfully drive implementation of designs that provide an excellent customer experience, scale as the business grows, and integrate with other systems.\nAdditional responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert on technology decisions and defining development and configuration methodologies and processes\nProvide computer operations and production support\nContribute to recommendations on how DMV can best leverage web and other related technologies\nDevelop and deploy new and revised DESTINY modules and interfaces as directed by the DMV.\nTo provide support in the installation and the configuration of new releases to software releases and its associated applications\nEvaluation of processes and determine training needs to support those processes for DMV Management and one-on-one environments\nResponsibilities:\n1. Coordinates IT project management, engineering, maintenance, QA, and risk management.\n2. Plans, coordinates, and monitors project activities.\n3. Develops technical applications to support users.\n4. Develops, implements, maintains and enforces documented standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned systems.\n5. Provides training for system products and procedures.\n6. Performs application upgrades.\n7. Performs, monitoring, maintenance, or reporting on real- time databases, real-time network and serial data communications, and real-time graphics and logic applications.\n8. Troubleshoots problems.\n9.
