You will be preparing parts for the next stage of the painting process.\nThis is a 2nd shift position: 5 day work week, 8 hour shifts, 2:00pm-10:30pm.\nWhat you will get to do\nRapidly, precisely, safely, and accurately prepare parts for next steps in the paint process.\nClean and prepare parts in preparation for paint or after paint.\nMask parts for painting according to blue prints, travelers or other instructions.\nPlace products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.\nExamine products to verify conformance to quality standards.\nLoad and unload items from paint booths/drying racks, etc'\nClean work area and all equipment used in the process of painting parts.\nAdhere to all procedures with respect to the storage and handling of materials in the area\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat you bring to the team\nHigh school diploma or GED is required\nPrior industrial paint prep experience preferred\nPrior experience working with your hands preferred\nDemonstrates inspection competence\nDemonstrates basic mathematical skills\nFluency in written and spoken English is required\nIntegrity and Safety\nThe BIG payoff\nWe are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.\nEvery employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!\nWe want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate\nRe:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
