This is not a hybrid or remote position.\n\nMission: Management, sustainment and security of NSANet AWS infrastructure.\n\nClearance: Active Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph.\n\nCertifications: None required.\n\nCloud Systems Security Engineer responsible for:\nDesign, implement, integrate and manage multiple security sensor platforms: EDR, XDR, NDR.\nImplement and manage kernel integrity monitoring software onto all endpoints.\nWrite detection endpoint and network signatures.\nOperate as the lead Security Operations Center analyst to monitor for threats to the system.\nMonitor for threats.\nDevelop reports on any identified threats.\nImplement security validation platforms to test all Security Sensors.\nAdminister endpoints running Red Hat and Ubuntu images.\nDevelop visibility dashboards and custom data ingest pipelines in the SIEM for each of the security sensor platforms.\nDevelop custom pipelines for data from the security sensor platform.\nDevelop microsegmentation rules within VMWare NSX-T for secure communications across the enterprise.\nVulnerability Manager responsible for:\nImplement Tenable Security Center into the enterprise.\nDevelop Scan profiles.\nDevelop Scan Rules.\nSchedule Scans of the entire enterprise.\nMonitor scans for erroneous data and adjust them accordingly.\nMonitor scan results for findings and report them to the infrastructure team for remediation.\nMaintain levels of communication with both the infrastructure team and the ISSOs for maintenance of ATO.\nEducation and Experience\nBachelors Degree with 20 years experience in cloud operations and security;\nOR,\nHS with 25 years of experience.\nFive (5) most recent years cloud experience must be with AWS in the national security (IC) environment.\n\nBENEFITS - Full-time Employees\n\n401K with employer contribution.
