This position is located in Rhinelander, WI and will report to the Press Manager.\nResponsibilities:\nManage the assigned shift by providing direction, coaching, administering performance reviews, and providing performance feedback to associates to ensure all of the plant goals in relation to safety, waste, quality, and productivity are achieved.\nEnsure that internal and external customer expectations are met.\nOversee plant initiatives in process improvement and food safety.\nSupervise shift personnel in a manner that promotes a sense of fairness and high morale.\nControl operating costs.\nPerform job checkouts and make decisions regarding quality.\nOversee the entire plant on any given shift as needed to ensure compliance to regulatory policies.\nEffectively facilitate and lead a team to achieve specific plant goals.\nMinimum Requirements:\nMust be willing to work 12-hour shifts, nights, and weekends\nProduction Experience\nSupervisory Experience\nPreferred Skills & Experience:\nFlexographic printing, lamination, slitting, and cold seal experience\nBasic Microsoft computer skills\nComputer skills and working knowledge of Google products, Word, Excel, and Workday\nPrintpack is proudly an equal-opportunity employer.
