Collision Repair Facility Program Administrator
Enter Job Description...Primary Function: The dedicated Program Administrator (2 for VW and 2 for Audi) will be a remote position and will be during normal business hours and 40 hours per week with some flex time as needed. All time zones okay. The primary focus for this resource will be to oversee and administer the Audi Authorized or VW Certified Collision Program in accordance with the processes that have already been established by Audi or VW. A secondary focus will be to update the program administration functions to better respond to the planned growth of the program and network of shops. The daily direction and supervision will come from both the Audi Program Manager as well as the Client Auditing Manager. Line reporting will be to the Client Auditing Manager. Brief Job Description: Learn the role of the current Program Manager and Director and establish a transition of duties to the Program Administrator.Administer the process of authorizing independent and dealer owned repair facilities to become Audi Authorized Repair Centers under the program requirements.Serve as the primary interface for Collision Centers going through the authorization process.Hold Collision Centers accountable for meeting milestones and deadlines in the process.Coordinate the roles of other 3rd party suppliers as they pertain to the certification and training process.Maintain the portfolio of materials and tools necessary to support the program.Update materials and tools as needed to support the evolution of the program. Includes but not limited to: Equipment and Tooling Self-AssessmentNetwork Reporting and Audit Reporting and dissemination as necessary Process Flow ChartService Process Guide Vehicle TrackerTow NotificationsLearning Management System (Course Scheduling) for Audi Instructor led classes Identify opportunities to improve and enhance the program and lead the activities for implementation.Produce tracking and status reports for distribution to the program stakeholders.Serve as the central contact for OEM, Dealers and Authorized Repair Centers concerning the programs.Operate as a program liaison between Authorized Repair Centers, 3rd party suppliers, After Sales personnel, other Audi or VW departments, and the Audi or VW Program Manager/ Director.Update, maintain, and track the department's budget and expenses Initiate the Purchasing Process through the internal purchasing portalAnalytics of business trends based on the Collision Repair Network (CRN Dashboard)Support the Audi Certified Trainers Required skill set & experience:Must have a strong overall sense of business analyticsExperience working in a project-oriented environmentExperience and/or familiarity with the automotive retail industry and knowledge of the collision industry preferredAbility to achieve results in a matrix organization, by leveraging shared resourcesHighly detailed with superior attention to quality of workMust possess a strong customer orientationMust be highly organized and able to manage a multi-faceted action planHighly efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, InDesign, and other Web based applicationsAble to construct PowerPoint files and deliver high-impact presentationsMust possess superior written and verbal business communication skills Required educationBachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management or related field experience preferred Other details/ RequirementsContracted full-time position.Assignment projected to be for the first three years of the career path.Some overnight travel may be required.
