This role collaborates with clinical teams, operations, providers, and leadership to develop campaigns, manage communications, coordinate events, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and community outreach channels.Create and maintain marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.Coordinate community events, health fairs, educational programs, and outreach activities.Manage content updates for websites, social media platforms, and internal communications.Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare reports on engagement, referral trends, and return on investment.Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing efforts.Assist with vendor coordination, advertising placements, and project timelines.Support internal communication initiatives and employee engagement activities as needed.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.Experience2–5 years of marketing, healthcare marketing, physician liaison, communications, or related experience preferred.Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.Experience with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and content management systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines.Strong organizational and project management skills.Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and marketing metrics.Ability to build relationships across departments and with external stakeholders.Understanding of healthcare terminology and patient-centered communications.Physical RequirementsAbility to remain stationary and move throughout office and clinic environmentsAbility to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partnersAbility to operate standard office equipmentAbility to occasionally lift or move materials (up to 20–25 pounds)Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a professional healthcare and office environment with occasional attendance at external events and community activities.
