The role operates in a dynamic, high-paced environment where data-driven analysis, software development, and coordination across technical and program stakeholders help accelerate multi-mission ground and on-orbit demonstrations in support of warfighter needs and technology transition.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nProvide data systems development, operational, and analytic support for prototype demonstrations and technology evolution projects.\n\nApply geospatial analysis, data analysis, and statistical modeling techniques to support technical evaluations and program objectives.\n\nSupport rapid prototype demonstrations through Government evaluation and technology evolution activities.\n\nAssist technical and program management teams with space vehicle operations and acquisition activities.\n\nIntegrate new capabilities into existing enterprise architectures.\n\nSupport Government approval processes for multi-mission ground and on-orbit demonstrations.\n\nApply software development and spatial data science workflows, including Python and MATLAB, to support mission and analytical needs.\n\nEvaluate data and analytical results to inform technical and program decisions.\n\nSupport program management processes associated with rapid acquisition and prototype execution.\n\nContribute within agile software development processes and small, fast-paced operational teams.\n\nSupport rapid, accurate decision-making in dynamic operational environments.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 3 years of STEM-related experience.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience with space program data sources and methods, including familiarity with advanced technology programs.\n\nAt least 1 year of program management experience.\n\nExperience working in small-team, fast-paced operational environments requiring accurate and rapid decision‑making.\n\nDesired Qualifications\n\nMaster’s degree in a STEM field.\n\nExperience with software development.\n\nExperience with space-based systems.\n\nExperience with data analytics.\n\nExperience with Geospatial Intelligence or Overhead Persistent Infrared data or products.\n\nClearance & Additional Requirements\n\nU.S. citizenship required.\n\nActive Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret and SCI clearances.\n\nWork will be primarily conducted in Boulder, Colorado.\n\nAbility to travel within the United States as needed to support program execution activities.\n\nLocation\n\nBoulder, CO\n\nCompensation\n\nThe typical annual salary range for this position is approximately USD $102,000 - $133,000. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.\n\nIn addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive total rewards package that includes an annual performance bonus, an employer‑funded Profit‑Sharing Plan (PSP) contribution based on base compensation, comprehensive employer‑paid medical benefits, PTO pay‑out options, and additional company‑sponsored benefits. These benefits represent an additional 30‑40% of base compensation for a total compensation package.\n\nDeliverable(s)\nDeliverables will be in the format of reports, briefings, spreadsheets, or other documents as directed by the Government, using SMC and/or government approved and/or mandated systems/software and processes governed by guidance/instructions/policy or direction.
