Within this role, you will drive improvement and develop future people leaders.\r\nPrimary Responsibilities\r\n\r\nManage a production line order backlog and ensure OTD\r\nChase material shortages and resolve issues that may impact OTD\r\nMeasure, communicate, and drive group performance\r\nThink and Act like an owner\r\nLead daily operations and continuous improvement\r\nDrive efficiency and reduce operational cost\r\nUse data driven problem solving to make change\r\nResponsible for hiring, training, and motivation of employees\r\nPromote a team environment and develop direct reports\r\nImprove business results with standards and process documentation\r\n\r\nPreferred Education\r\n\r\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience\r\n\r\nPreferred Experience\r\n\r\n5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience\r\nManaging teams with direct and indirect labor (10 - 30 direct reports)\r\nPervious experience working in manufacturing or another highly regulated industry\r\n\r\nPreferred Specialized Skills and Abilities\r\n\r\nExcellent communication skills, verbal and written.\r\nDriven problem solver looking for growth\r\nPassionate about developing great people\r\nHigh self-driven standards\r\nStrong Excel skills\r\nERP/MRP experience\r\nWants to have fun at work\r\nThinks strategically, but ensure tactical execution\r\nResults-oriented\r\nThrive in an ambiguous environment\r\n\r\nPhysical Requirements\r\n\r\nFrequent use of personal computers, database and digital platforms, and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machines and computer printers.\r\nFrequently uses hands, fingers, and arms to reach, handle, touch or feel equipment, materials, and computer.\r\nThe person in this position needs to frequently move inside the office\r\nFrequent close vision and the ability to adjust focus.\r\nOccasionally use of steps, or ladder.\r\nThe employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.\r\nSeldom to occasionally position self to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.\r\n\r\nWork Environment\r\n\r\nThis job operates in a professional manufacturing environment.\r\nThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet.\r\n\r\nSalary Range\r\nPlease note the typical hiring range is $102,000 - $138,000 annually.
