This role supports the integrity of the program by maintaining rigorous oversight of cryptographic assets and sensitive hardware.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nManaging all accountable COMSEC equipment and personal property within the Asset Management System (AMS), including the transfer and acknowledgment of outgoing and incoming assets.\nExecuting detailed reporting and tracking for equipment status, including items that are In Transit, On Order, or identified as Past Due Charge Outs.\nConducting comprehensive COMSEC inventory management and inspections of all government-owned cryptographic voice devices to ensure mission readiness.\nCoordinating and performing recurring audits, including monthly 25% incremental inventories and annual 100% wall-to-wall inventories for all COMSEC and IT equipment.\nModernizing operational workflows by establishing new AMS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and providing expert consultation to other Management Analysts.\nFacilitating the secure lifecycle management of hardware by renewing past-due charge outs and managing the excessing process for computers and scanners across various classifications.\nParticipating in monthly specialized training for the Asset Management System to remain current on all tracking protocols and system enhancements.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nB.A. or B.S. in related field with one (1) year of experience maintaining and sustaining enterprise environments. Degree may be substituted for four (4) years of professional enterprise services experience for a total of five (5) years.\nStrong understanding of COMSEC disciplines.\nKnowledgeable about the National Security Agency (NSA) policies and accounting procedures required for coordinating customers’ requirements and resolving COMSEC matters.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n4 years of customer service, administrative services/Asset Management experience\n4 years of COMSEC custodian experience\nSecurity+ certification\nClearance Requirements:\nMust be a US Citizen and possess a current/active TS/SCI clearance\nMust be willing and able to pass a polygraph\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
