This includes coordinating all facets and functions within the project from project ideation through production launch.\n\nQualifications\nManufacturing Support & Process Development\n\nReview internal and external designs for manufacturability.\n\nProcesses that are typical to our manufacturing, process include welding, brazing, machining, fabrication, forming, and assembly.\n\nDevelop new processes to both improve current products as well as allow for the launch of new products.\n\nTake these process development ideas through the launch phase.\n\nCapital & Tooling Procurement\n\nDevelop and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods.\n\nDevelop manufacturing work cells and procure the necessary capital and tooling to successfully build end-use products.\n\nManage all portions of the capital acquisition process including CER development through the final implementation and sign-off of the equipment.\n\nContinuous Improvement\n\nAbility to work on teams with a creative mind for continually improving processes/systems using Lean methodologies and concepts.\n\nIdentify and work to implement continuous improvement concepts and ideas.\n\nProject Planning\n\nAbility to plan projects from start to finish using project management tools.\n\nDemonstrate ability to identify project requirements, divide projects into manageable tasks and deliverables while mitigating risks and obstacles to ensure the plan is completed on time.\n\nAdvanced Product Quality Compliance (APQP)\n\nLead overall APQP documentation for responsible projects.\n\nCoordinate with necessary internal resources to complete tasks and ensure proper documentation.\n\nAdditional Responsibilities\n\nUphold and comply with all safety, environmental, and quality protocols.\n\nBe an active participant in the Senior's safety process.\n\nParticipate in SOS initiatives Safety & Quality over Delivery Mindset\n\nEducation\n\n4 Year degree in Engineering or 4 Year BSME Degree preferred (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial)\n\nExperience\n\n5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting\n\nExperience in automotive, aerospace, medical, and/or metal fabrication preferred.\n\nLean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts\n\nERP and MRP experience, Infor Syteline highly preferred\n\nCompetencies\n\nJob Knowledge\n\nVersatility\n\nCommunication\n\nPositive Mindset, One Team Focus\n\nTeamwork & Collaboration\n\nSense of Urgency\n\nSelf-Accountability, Ownership\n\nStrategic Thinking\n\nResults Orientation & Problem Solving\n\nCustomer First Mindset\n\nPersonal Accountability\n\nBenefits\nThe expected salary range for this position is $95-115K per year.
