SAP Data & Other Data SourcesMap source data across GL, sub-ledger, and related structuresIdentify authoritative source per JV type (SAP tables, SnowFlake, BI extracts, files, emails, etc.)Resolve data lineage gaps across all flows2. Accounting Process KnowledgeFull JV portfolio: Accruals, FX, Allocations, Payroll, Tax, Clearing & moreAlign outputs to local GAAP / statutory requirements across all 4 regionsPartner across GA Close, Treasury, Indirect Tax, and Stat & Tax workstreams3. Process Documentation & ControlsDecompose ~9,000+ manual JV workflows across Phases 1–5Document as-is gaps; design to-be with dual checkpoints & tolerancesPrioritize by complexity tier: Simple / Medium / Complex4. Functional Specs & PseudocodeWrite developer-ready specs: inputs, formulas, GL derivation, allocation rulesDocument conditional logic for each transformationMaintain a living transformation catalog by use case & data source5.
