Job Reference Number: 21841Employment Type: Full-Time, OnsiteSegment: Elior CorporateBrand: Elior North America CorporateState: Texas (US-TX)The Role at a glance:We are looking to add an experienced, skilled Fleet Management Specialist to our Corporate team in Houston, TX. As the Fleet Management Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all areas for Elior NA Fleet Services. Reporting to the Director, Accounting you must be an organized communicator who understands the importance of cross collaboration with multiple parties including leadership, drivers, AP, procurement, etc. The data and support you provide to the organization are instrumental in ensuring compliance, continuity, and efficiency.What you'll be doing:Partner with the third-party fleet service provider to maximize efficiency and optimize service to company units Work with Procurement to develop criteria for third party fleet bids Coordinate vehicle purchases / leases per operations requests Coordinate with each segment on vehicle transfers & approvals for transfers, vehicle relinquishments & approvals Develop reporting / metrics to provide support for leadership including analyzing trends to anticipate problems and create performance reports for the Fleet Services programs Coordinate frequent inspections on all company vehicles and monitor driver motor vehicle records (MVR) per company requirements Manage vehicle licensure, titling and registrations ensuring compliance with all requirements Manage all required documentation related to fleet including but not limited to accident-related incidents Maintain SharePoint Fleet Management Site and update forms and new processes with IT team.  Provide trainings for segments via Teams Meetings to support utilization of fleet vendor Maintain asset information in ERP and Anaplan as necessary.  Run period depreciation and reporting for all segments at the end of every period Build trust and strong relationships, finding solutions and influencing outcomes to drive superlative performance What we're looking for:Must-haves:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, transportation, or business administration 5-7 years of experience working with fleet services Experience with Great Plains, SAP or other ERP software General computer competency is required, including Microsoft Excel (advanced), Word, and Outlook Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels Comfort and capability in navigating uncertain or unclear situations, making informed decisions, and adapting to changing circumstances Turns data from various sources into insights with a strong attention to detail in a fast-changing environment Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills Developed organizational and project management skills Upholding strong moral and ethical principles, being honest, trustworthy, and reliable in all interactions and decisions is fundamental for building trust and maintaining a positive reputation Customer focused to ensure integrity of data Demonstrated self-starter, ongoing self-growth and development, advancement potential Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracyNice-to-haves:Prior history working with third party fleet service providerWhere you'll be working:You will be working out of our Houston, TX based office.Our Benefits:Medical (FT Employees)DentalVisionVoluntary UNUM offering for Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital IndemnityDiscount ProgramCommuter Benefits (Parking and Transit)EAP401kSick TimeHoliday Pay (9 paid holidays)Tuition Reimbursement (FT Employees)Paid Time OffAbout Elior North America:Elior North America is an equal opportunity employer.
