As an Insulation Installer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing energy efficiency and comfort for our clients.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nInstall various types of insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings.\nResponsible for loading and logging materials onto truck and makes notation of returned materials per each job order\nErects scaffolding or ladders to height needed to install insulation. Uses and operated aerial lifts as needed.\nMeasure and cut insulation materials to fit specific spaces, ensuring a proper and effective installation.\nAttaches insulation materials by stapling, gluing, wiring and nailing\nOperates equipment that injects loose fill insulation or foamed insulation\nWork with the installation team to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.\nAdhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment. Responsible to comply with Cal OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures\nMaintain tools and truck housekeeping and maintenance\nResponsible for completing timecard daily and ensuring it is submitted on time\nMay be required to drive a company vehicle (if DL record is clean), and follow all driving safety rules and DOT requirements at all times\nResponsible for completing paperwork per each job and returning to production coordinator daily\nOther duties as assigned\nProvide excellent customer service and address client questions or concerns professionally.\nCollaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality workmanship.\n\nQualifications:\nPrevious experience as an insulation installer is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.\nMaintain a valid Driver License\nAbility to work in various environments, including confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces and elevated surfaces.
