This role is responsible for maintaining revision-controlled product data, supporting engineering change processes, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with customer and organizational requirements.\r\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in enabling efficient product development by promoting data accuracy, workflow consistency, and best practices across engineering and cross-functional teams.\r\nEssential Responsibilities\r\nAdminister, support, and maintain Siemens Teamcenter and Siemens NX environments.\r\nMaintain engineering data governance standards, revision control, configuration management, and product lifecycle integrity.\r\nLead and support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).\r\nManage engineering documentation, product structures, Bills of Material (BOMs), and revision-controlled data.\r\nCollaborate with Engineering, IT, corporate PLM teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure compliance with established standards, workflows, and data management requirements.\r\nServe as the primary point of contact for engineering data management, PLM processes, and system-related issues.\r\nProvide Teamcenter user support, troubleshooting, training, and onboarding for engineers, interns, and new team members.\r\nSupport system testing, validation, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives.\r\nAssist with workflow automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement projects.\r\nMonitor data quality and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity.\r\nSupport integration and alignment of engineering systems and business processes.\r\nMaintain compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements.\r\nQualifications\r\nRequired\r\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\r\nMinimum five (5) years of experience supporting PLM systems, engineering applications, CAD systems, engineering data management, or related engineering systems.\r\nExperience with engineering change management processes.\r\nStrong understanding of revision control, configuration management, product lifecycle management, and engineering data governance.\r\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\r\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\r\nPreferred\r\nSiemens Teamcenter administration experience.\r\nSiemens NX experience.\r\nAutomotive manufacturing experience.\r\nExperience supporting customer-managed PLM environments.\r\nExperience with workflow automation tools such as Microsoft Power Apps.\r\nExperience supporting CAD and engineering software deployments.\r\nTechnical Skills\r\nSiemens Teamcenter\r\nSiemens NX\r\nProduct Lifecycle Management (PLM)\r\nProduct Data Management (PDM)\r\nEngineering Change Management (ECR, ECN, ECO)\r\nBills of Material (BOM) Management\r\nConfiguration Management\r\nCAD Systems Support\r\nEngineering Data Governance\r\nRevision Control\r\nWorkflow Optimization\r\nMicrosoft Office Suite\r\nMicrosoft Power Apps (Preferred)\r\nWork Environment\r\nThis position is based on-site in Shelby Township, Michigan.
