Senior RAD Developer - Prime Brokerage / Risk & PnL AnalyticsOverviewWe are seeking a Senior RAD Developer to join a front-office aligned technology team supporting Prime Brokerage and Client PnL / Risk functions. This role operates at the intersection of rapid application development, data engineering, and trading analytics, partnering closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact, time-sensitive solutions.You will play a key role in building scalable platforms that support trading PnL, risk analytics, and balance sheet insights, leveraging modern cloud technologies in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy rapid application solutions (RAD) to support front-office and risk functionsPartner directly with business users, traders, and risk teams to deliver quick-turnaround solutionsBuild and maintain systems supporting Client PnL, trading PnL, and risk analytics (including RW analytics and balance sheet reviews)Develop scalable data pipelines and analytics tools for high-volume financial dataLeverage AWS cloud services to build resilient, high-performance applicationsSupport workflows related to Prime Brokerage / Prime ServicesDrive best practices in code quality, performance, and maintainabilityAct as a senior contributor, providing technical guidance and mentoring where neededRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong experience as a RAD Developer / Senior Python Developer in financial servicesProficiency in Python for rapid prototyping and production-grade developmentHands-on experience with AWS (e.g., Lambda, S3, ECS/EKS, Redshift, etc.)Solid understanding of trading systems, PnL reporting, and risk analyticsExperience working within Prime Brokerage / Prime Services domainsProven ability to work closely with front office stakeholders and business usersStrong knowledge of data modeling, pipelines, and real-time processingNice to HaveExperience with risk-weighted (RW) analytics and balance sheet optimizationFamiliarity with capital markets and trading workflowsExposure to interactive analytics tools or front-office dashboardsWhat You'll BringAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, front-office environment with rapid delivery cyclesStrong communication skills and ability to bridge business and technologyA proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering immediate business value EOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
