Pilates Instructor – Dedham Health & Athletic ComplexLocation: Dedham Health and Athletic ComplexDedham, MA, 02026Dedham Health & Athletic Complex is seeking an energetic, motivating, and reliable Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. We are looking for someone passionate about group fitness and committed to creating a fun, welcoming, and inclusive class environment for members of all fitness levels.Availability: Thursday 5:30pm required. Option to add a second class as well.ResponsibilitiesLead engaging and high-energy Pilates classesCreate a positive and motivating experience for participantsProvide safe instruction and movement modifications when neededArrive prepared and on time for scheduled classesMaintain a professional and enthusiastic presenceBuild strong relationships with members and encourage participationQualificationsCurrent Pilates certification required1+ years of group fitness instruction experience requiredCPR/AED certification requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to motivate participants of varying fitness levels and class sizesIf you are passionate about fitness, music, and helping others achieve their wellness goals, we encourage you to apply and become part of our team at Dedham Health & Athletic Complex.
