The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive professional with strong business judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.\n\nThe successful candidate will help improve operational efficiency, maintain compliance, support employees, and ensure Red Leaf's administrative systems continue to support company growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAdministrative & Business Operations\n\nLead and manage the administrative team, including accounting support, facilities, fleet, and warranty functions\nSupport business operations, internal processes, and administrative systems\nCoordinate tax preparation and reporting activities with the CEO and external CPA\nSupport company compliance efforts related to legal, insurance, licensing, and safety requirements\nMaintain accurate records and documentation across business operations\n\nExecutive Support\n\nServe as a key administrative partner to the CEO\nPrepare and communicate company-wide announcements and organizational updates\nCoordinate and manage high-priority projects and initiatives\nHandle confidential financial, employee, and strategic company information with professionalism and discretion\n\nHuman Resources & Employee Operations\n\nManage workers' compensation claims, audits, and related reporting\nCoordinate employee health benefits administration and annual open enrollment\nManage the company 401(k) plan in partnership with the CEO\nSupport employee hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes\nOversee employee safety program administration and compliance\nMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentation\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n3+ years of experience in business operations, administration, finance, or a related field\nExperience managing administrative processes and internal business systems\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment\nProficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and database systems\nStrong alignment with Red Leaf Developments' Core Values\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience in the construction industry or a construction-related business environment\nKnowledge of construction financial operations, including WIP reporting, job costing, retainage, and billing processes\nExperience supporting HR operations, employee benefits, and compliance programs\nExperience working directly with business owners or executive leadership\nExperience managing administrative teams\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\nAnnual salary of $85,000-$100,000, based on experience and qualifications\n401(k) retirement plan\nHealth benefits contribution with choice of plans\nPaid time off\nPaid holidays\nFull-time, year-round employment\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\n\nRed Leaf Developments, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
