procedures, views, tables, and other database objects.\r\nAssist with ETL, data transformation, data cleanup, and reporting automation efforts.\r\nSupport application deployment, web server reporting, database, and data quality issues.\r\nModernize legacy reports, workflows, and applications where appropriate.\r\nDocument system changes, report logic, data sources, technical processes, and support procedures.\r\nProvide technical support, guidance, and mentoring to lower-tier developers and support staff.\r\nCollaborate with MIS staff on agency technology initiatives, reporting maturity, and data governance improvements.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nProven experience in application development and programming.\r\nStrong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, or .NET Core.\r\nStrong hands-on experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and data visualizations.\r\nExperience with SQL database development, reporting queries, stored procedures, and data troubleshooting.\r\nExperience building web forms, APIs, and business applications.\r\nExperience supporting web applications and web server environments.\r\nAbility to analyze business requirements and deliver reliable, maintainable technical solutions.\r\nAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.\r\nStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.\r\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership, IT staff, and end users.\r\nAbility to support and mentor junior or lower-tier
