Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
We are seeking a highly strategic and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This individual will serve as a critical partner to the CRO and broader go-to-market leadership team, helping drive operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys being close to the business, and can operate with both speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Act as a true business partner to the CRO, helping manage priorities, time, and focus across a complex and evolving go-to-market organization
Own and manage a highly dynamic calendar, including internal and external meetings, travel, and shifting priorities
Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and remove obstacles to ensure the CRO operates at maximum effectiveness
Draft, monitor, and respond to communications on behalf of the CRO as appropriate
Prepare high-quality presentations, reporting materials, and communications for internal and external audiences
Attend key meetings, capture action items, and drive follow-up across stakeholders
Coordinate interactions with clients, partners, board members, and investors as needed
Go-To-Market & Operational Support
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations leaders to support execution of key initiatives
Help manage and track key revenue priorities, pipelines, and performance metrics
Assist in building and maintaining reporting dashboards, business reviews, and leadership updates
Support planning and execution of go-to-market cadences (e.g., forecast calls, QBRs, leadership meetings)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, communication, and operational efficiency
Contribute to special projects tied to growth initiatives, customer experience, and revenue acceleration

Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, within high-growth or startup environments
Experience supporting revenue, sales, or go-to-market leaders is strongly preferred
Exposure to operational or project-based work beyond traditional administrative support
Bachelors degree required
