TRIAEM is looking for engineers who can move quickly, collaborate effectively, and bring both technical depth and mission awareness to the table.\n\nLocation: Springfield or Chantilly, VA\n\nClearance Required: Active TS/SCI (Polygraph eligibility required)\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Test Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring mission systems perform reliably, securely, and accurately across highly integrated enterprise environments.\n\nResponsibilities include:\n\nPerforming application, system, and integration testing across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agency platforms\n\nSupporting testing activities within Agile and DevOps development pipelines\n\nConducting independent integration testing of software and hardware systems to validate compliance with mission and technical requirements\n\nPlanning and executing both manual and automated testing activities\n\nDeveloping and maintaining automated test scripts using scripting and programming languages\n\nSupporting defect analysis, troubleshooting, and technical investigations during test events\n\nCollaborating with developers, systems engineers, and mission stakeholders to improve overall system performance and reliability\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nTRIAEM is seeking candidates who are technically strong, adaptable, and ready to contribute immediately within fast‑paced mission environments.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM field\n\nAdditional experience may substitute for education:\n\n4 additional years with no degree\n\n2 additional years with a non‑STEM degree\n\n6+ years of systems integration and testing experience supporting large, complex systems in government or industry environments\n\nExperience supporting cloud, on‑premise, or hybrid infrastructures\n\nExperience with test management and defect tracking tools\n\nExperience supporting traditional SDLC, Agile, and DevOps testing methodologies\n\nActive TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph\n\nDesired Qualifications\n\nMaster’s degree in a related STEM discipline\n\nExperience with tools and technologies such as:\n\nJMeter\n\nJenkins\n\nDocker\n\nPostman\n\nSwagger\n\nNexus\n\nApigee\n\nGitHub/GitLab\n\nJava\n\nBash\n\nCurl\n\nXML\n\nJSON\n\nSQL\n\nPython\n\nJavaScript\n\nAWS and C2S\n\nWorking knowledge of Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)\n\nFamiliarity with Software Development Frameworks and modern engineering practices\n\nPrevious NGA, NSG/ASG, IC, or DoD experience strongly preferred\n\nWhy TRIAEM\nAt TRIAEM, we support mission‑critical programs with a focus on technical excellence, collaboration, and delivery that matters.
